5. No Stacking

6. Transfer Policy
The VIP Pass is transferable. All remaining discount uses and the original expiration date will be transferred to the new holder. The validity period will not be extended or reset after the transfer. Please contact customer service to arrange the transfer.
7. Order Cancellations & Refunds
If an order is canceled or refunded in accordance with our refund policy, the discount use will be returned to your VIP Pass.
8. Expiration
Unused discount uses expire after 365 days and cannot be carried over or extended.
